Montclair State '10, Compliance Nerd, Total Foodie
Hi! I am a New Jersey native working in New York City's Financial District for the past 5 years now so I know all about downtown and its remarkable places! Also, I'm currently living in downtown Jersey City, NJ i.e NYC is practically my backyard!
I'd describe myself as a foodie (one of the reasons you'll always find me at the gym at least 4x a week) with a passion for dancing, traveling and meeting new people. My friends would describe me as very adventurous and someone who would try everything and anything at least once.
Let's go out in New York City!
After more than a decade of planning, the 9/11 memorial is one of the most popular destinations in all of Manhattan.
One of my all-time favorite things to do in NYC is check out a speakeasy. From vintage decor and secret entrances to cocktails made with classic ingredients by pro mixologists- NYC has some of the best there is!
The Westfield mall at the World Trade Center complex inside the Oculus has fast become one of the biggest destinations in FiDi. Whether you're looking for fashion, beauty or fresh food this is a great way to start your afternoon and just two blocks away at the Living Room & Terrace inside the W hotel is a great way to end it.
Being a foodie, for me, means train hard so you can truly enjoy the foods you love! Of course, I don't mean a cheeseburger with french fries and fried oreos for dessert (unless it's "cheat" day) but perhaps some lobster on a bun
